The consumer research can be designed to obtain, for example, the awareness levels of your co-op, the market share of your co-op and its major competition, and the perceived strengths/weaknesses of your co-op and its major competition. In addition, it can determine consumer satisfaction of the operational, marketing, and advertising programs in place at your co-op and its competitors.
We analyze and interpret the information gathered from consumers in order to provide a co-op with useful and actionable results and recommendations.
