CDS hosted the 21st Senior Housing Co-op Conference in Bloomington, MN on May 22-23, 2024. The conference, co-sponsored by the Senior Cooperative Foundation, attracted a record number of 400 virtual and in-person attendees from 90 co-ops from eight states, in addition to management companies, developers, government and others. Topics included a review of the vision, value and demographics of senior co-op housing, changes in insurance and regulations, and more. Additional webinar programs are planned for 2024, but we are already thinking about 2025!
