Cooperative Development Services’ Senior Housing Cooperative Program
CDS is proud to be have hosted the 21st National Senior Housing Cooperative conference on May 22-23, 2024. For the second year in a row, we had record attendance!
A core function of CDS is connecting senior housing co-ops with each other and a wide variety of resources and tools, not only from other senior housing co-op organizations but with those who support the senior housing co-op community.
