This One-of-a Kind Conference Brings Together Experts and Co-ops. Better Together!

Excitement continues to grow in anticipation of the 22nd Senior Housing Cooperative Conference, hosted by Cooperative Development Services and the Senior Cooperative Foundation.
Last year we had record attendance. Let’s keep it growing!
This national gathering is the only of its kind, bringing together senior housing co-ops’ board members, co-op residents, managers, and professionals working with co-ops from across the nation to learn from a wide variety of experts and share knowledge amongst one another.
Once again, this year’s conference is offered in person as well as virtually. The robust agenda (you can download it below) includes:
• Senior Housing Demographics
• Governance of a Senior Housing Cooperative
• Getting Members Involved: Best Practices for Member Participation
• Auditor Advice on Senior Housing Cooperative Financials
• Financial Scams – A Latest Threat to Your Financial Security
• Ever-Changing Environment of Insurance
• Mitigation Action Plan
• Fair Housing is Front and Center in Senior Housing Co-ops
The ever-popular maintenance and legal panel, will provide attendees the opportunity to talk directly with these professionals on topics affecting their respective housing communities. Managers, as well as board members, will also have time to network amongst their peers during the second morning.
Attendees will also have the chance to visit with trusted, vetted vendors of interest to the industry. The conference includes the social, puzzle exchange, and silent auction benefiting the Senior Cooperative Foundation.
Virtual Attendance Note: Cost is the same either way. Registration fees are detailed on the registration form. Either fee includes a resource notebook and speaker fees. In-person attendance also includes continental breakfasts, lunches, breaks and the social. Virtual attendance costs also includes transmitting the conference content.
Below you can download a PDF of the conference agenda, the paper registration form with fee schedule as well as detailed hotel information. Contact Vicky if at any time our available room block states it is full. We may be able to arrange for additional rooms.
