Office & Program Manager
Vicky Chaput has been Office Manager for Cooperative Development Services (CDS) for 24 years overseeing key areas of Human Resources, Office Coordination, and Meeting Planning. She is the Program Manager for our Senior Housing Cooperative (SHC) Program, including a SHC National Conference drawing over 400 people each year. Vicky also administers the fiscal sponsorship program of our 501(c)(3), the Cooperative Development Fund of CDS, and is currently working with over 25 clients overseeing funds, reimbursements, registrations and multi-state charitable registrations.
She comes from a farming background and has worked within the cooperative system for the last 35 years, beginning with Land O’Lakes and CHS. As a CDS team member, she previously coordinated several programs within Cooperative Network, the Minnesota and Wisconsin state trade association for cooperatives, as well as for the food cooperative consulting group now known as Columinate. Vicky loves to work with cooperatives and hopes to make it a lifetime commitment.
